Coaching packages provide a bespoke coaching programme that allows us to work together over a number of weeks, maximising results and expediting your progress. They're also great value for money! Here's what's included: - Bespoke coaching programme - Initial, deep dive, discovery session (approx 2 hours) - 12 x weekly coaching sessions, online (45-60 mins) - On-going support via WhatsApp for the duration of the programme - Post-programme accountability call Please book your initial discovery session (2 hours) at the time of purchase and we'll schedule the rest of your programme when we meet.
